Peter Jones: Biden deport Trump?

National security is one of the core functions of the president. The president is constitutionally required to protect the United States. According to a recent Supreme Court ruling, a president cannot be prosecuted for any act, legal or otherwise, committed in regard to a core function.

Donald Trump has cited the “enemy within” as a person or persons threatening our national security, and has promised to defeat them. Why wait?

President Biden has 10 weeks between now and Jan. 20 to strip Donald Trump — an enemy within — of his U.S. citizenship and deport him as an undesirable alien. Whether doing so would be legal or not would not matter. The Supreme Court has already said so.

Come on, President Biden! Do your duty!
